Movie Synopsis: 

A man wakes up in a filthy, red lit chamber with a needle in his arm and no idea how he got there. He’s not alone. Strangers around him begin to stir, all hooked to the same ominous IV. Then the clock starts counting down... 72 hours. A voice from a busted speaker lays it out: stay awake or don’t wake up at all. No explanations. No way out. Just one rule: keep your eyes open.
